CMC CHESS Camp at The Sage School: July 25 - 29 – 07/25/2016 to 07/29/2029
Chess Master Connections partners with The Sage School for a 4th consecutive year in offering a chess camps to beginners through advanced players entering 5-8 grade in the fall of 2016.
Join us and discover the “Joy and Magic” of chess instruction from gifted Chess Masters, International Masters and inspired coaches, led by Jorge Sammour-Hasbun.
CMC chess camps are unique, inspirational and fun!
CMC chess camp will teach your child more than chess. At CMC camp your child will:
Increase logic and reasoning skills, improve decision-making skills, develop problem-solving techniques, increase self-confidence, develop analytical thinking skills, improve organizational habits and increase patience and persistence.
Daily activities include:
Problem solving, chess tactics, typical mates, end games, blitz exhibitions, history of chess, chess and art, good character and life skills, sports and games, chess match with giant pieces, bughouse and more.
Snacks and water will be provided to all participants during camp session.

FOXBORO: INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM - Wednesday 5:30 to 6:30pm – 04/12/2017 to 05/31/2017
This 8-week program is for kids who are new to chess but have already acquired basic skills such as piece movement, basic development and centralization strategy. If you have played casual games with your child but he/she has never played a USCF tournament or has only played a few times, this is the right class for him/her.

FOXBORO: ADVANCED PROGRAM - Wednesday 6:45 to 8:15pm – 04/26/2017 to 05/31/2017
Increase your rating and tournament performance!
This 6-weeks program is for children that have played a few tournaments and want to play at a more competitive level. This fun class will increase analytical thinking skills, patience and persistence, improve problem-solving techniques and decision-making skills.
Classes run for 1.5 hour
